BORONIA PARK

Public BBQ

Boronia Park sits beside Chinamans Creek just upstream from where it meets the ocean, offering waterside views that never get old. The park has barbecues, picnic tables, toilets, and a playground under shelter that stays protected from the wind. It's popular as a rest stop and for afternoon meals, with families coming to swim in the creek and watch coastal birds. The location makes for a relaxed spot to catch the sunset. Maintenance varies, with some visitors finding clean facilities and green grass, while others report the barbecues and toilets need attention. Summer brings mosquitoes, so aerogard is recommended. Despite mixed upkeep, the setting keeps drawing people back for its quiet waterside atmosphere and beach access.
